Who we are, legally speaking

• Built this website and runs it
• Runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns, and holds and pays for the advertising accounts
• Buys the goods, owns the stock, sets the prices and sells to you
• Takes your order and confirms it with you by telephone
• Packs and sends the parcel
• Collects the money handed over on the doorstep
• Stands behind returns, refunds and the legal guarantee
• Is responsible for your personal data (controller)
• Answers your emails and contact forms

All of it is WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED. If an advertisement brought you here, that company placed it; everything that happens afterwards, from the order form to the knock on your door and any return, is the same company’s responsibility.

For anything about an order, a delivery or a return, email hello@bonnybuy.com. For anything about your personal data — a copy of it, a correction, a deletion — there is a separate address: privacy@bonnybuy.com. These are the two commitments we hold ourselves to, and they are the same on every page of this site:

• Emails are answered within 2 working days, by a person, not by an automatic reply that closes the matter.
• Requests about your personal data are answered within 30 days, free of charge. If one is genuinely complicated we will say so inside that period rather than let it run out in silence.

The inbox is watched Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00 Central European Time. Write outside those hours and the clock starts when it next opens.

The registered address above is an office, not a shop counter and not a returns depot. Please do not send a parcel there without asking first: the right return address for your country comes back with our reply as soon as you tell us something is coming back.

Contracts are governed by the law of Hong Kong, without taking away the consumer protections of the country you live in; the details are in the terms of sale. For personal data, our supervisory authority is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong (pcpd.org.hk); customers in the European Union may also turn to the authority in their own country, as the privacy notice explains.

Every figure quoted here is a euro figure, VAT included wherever the sale attracts it. Payment means cash into the courier’s hand and nothing besides, as the how to pay page sets out. Delivery, the right of withdrawal, returns and the legal guarantee each have a page of their own, linked below.
