Two businesses stand behind what you see here, and we think you should know exactly which one does what. One sells. The other advertises. They are separate companies in separate countries, and only the first is ever your contracting partner.
The seller
Sells the goods, takes your order, sends the parcel, handles returns, refunds and the legal guarantee. Your contract is with this company.
The advertiser
Runs the advertising that may have brought you here and holds the advertising accounts. It is never the seller: it does not take orders, hold stock, send parcels, collect money or handle returns.

In the table, “Seller” is WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED and “Advertiser” is a separate advertising company. If an advertisement brought you here, it was placed by the advertiser on the seller’s behalf. Everything that happens after you arrive, from the order form to the knock on your door and any return, is the seller’s responsibility.

The registered address is an office, not a shop or a returns depot. Please do not send parcels there without asking: the return address for your country comes with our reply when you tell us you want to send something back.
Contracts are governed by the law of Hong Kong, without taking away the consumer protections of the country you live in; the details are in the terms of sale. For personal data, our supervisory authority is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong (pcpd.org.hk); customers in the European Union may also turn to the authority in their own country, as the privacy notice explains.
