One way to pay: cash, at your door.
Cash on delivery is the only payment method this shop accepts. It is not a preference among several; it is the whole list. Below is what that means in practice, what you will owe, and the things we will never ask you for.
Cash to the courier

The courier knocks, hands you the parcel and takes the money. Notes and coins, in person, once the box is in your hands. Nothing before that moment, and nothing after it.
Couriers rarely carry much change, so the closer you can get to the exact amount, the faster the whole thing is over.
Working out what you owe
Price of the item, multiplied by how many you ordered. That is the sum in its entirety: delivery is on us, whatever is in the box and however heavy it is.
The order form does that sum in front of you before you send it, and the caller reads the same figure back afterwards. Every price on this site is quoted in euro, with VAT included wherever the sale attracts it.

If your country is not on the euro
In Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Romania the courier collects the equivalent in the local currency, because that is what the driver can take at the door.

We tell you the exact figure in your own currency during the confirmation call, before the parcel is sent. If the conversion is not to your liking, say so then and the order is cancelled at no cost.
What we never do
Worth reading once. It is also how you can tell a message from us apart from a message pretending to be from us.
Nothing is paid on this website
There is no payment step in the order form and no payment page anywhere on this site. You give us an address and a phone number, and that is all the form does.
A card number is never requested
Not by the form, not by the caller, not by an email signed in our name. We hold none, we file none, and there is nowhere in our systems that one could go. Anybody asking you for card details while claiming to be us is somebody else.
Nothing is due in advance
No deposit, no reservation fee, no transfer before dispatch. If a message ever asks you to send money before your parcel arrives, ignore it and tell us.
No extras at the door
The total agreed on the phone is the amount the courier collects. No cash-on-delivery surcharge, no handling fee, no customs charge: the goods are dispatched from inside the European Union.

Why this suits you
The amount is agreed before anything moves
On the confirmation call we read out the item, the quantity and the exact total. That figure is what you will be asked for at the door — there is no carriage to put on top of it — and if it does not suit you, you say so on the call and nothing is sent.
You see the goods before you part with money
The parcel is in front of you when you pay. You can refuse it at the door, without explaining yourself, and no payment will have been made. It is the plainest protection there is, and it is why we sell this way.
Refunds travel by bank transfer
Cash leaves nothing to credit back, so a refund goes out as a transfer to an account bearing your name. The name on it and the IBAN are all we need; a PIN or a banking password is not something we would ever ask you for. Timings are set out under the right of withdrawal.
Two things people ask
- Can someone else pay for me?
- Yes. Anyone at the address can take the parcel in and hand over the money, as long as it is the full amount. The goods, and the responsibility for them, pass at that point.
- Do I get anything in writing?
- The courier leaves the delivery paperwork showing the sum collected. If you need a proper receipt from us for the purchase, write in with your order reference and we will send one.
