Delivery, door to door
Where we deliver, what it costs, how long each country takes, and what happens between your order and the knock on the door.
Last revised 18 September 2026.
In short
- We deliver to ten EU countries, and delivery costs 4,99 € per order, whatever is in the parcel.
- We pack within 1–2 working days of confirming your order. The courier then needs 3–7 working days, depending on the country.
- We ring you before anything is sent, to check the order and the address. No call answered, no parcel sent, nothing owed.
- You pay the courier in cash at your door. The total shown when you order is the amount you pay: nothing is added on delivery.
Where we deliver
BonnyBuy delivers to addresses in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Spain, Bulgaria and Portugal. We deliver to homes and workplaces. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, and because payment is made to the courier in person, we do not deliver to parcel lockers.
In Spain and Portugal we deliver on the mainland. For the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and the Azores, please ask before ordering: we will tell you on the confirmation call whether the courier can reach you, and if it cannot the order is cancelled at no cost to you.
If you live elsewhere in the European Union, the order form has an “Other” option. We check the route when we ring to confirm. Where a courier can reach you, allow 5–7 working days in transit and the same delivery charge; where none can, we say so on the call, nothing is sent and nothing is owed.
What delivery costs
Delivery costs 4,99 € per order. It is the same for every country on the list and does not change with the size, weight or number of items in the order.
The charge appears in the order summary before you place the order, together with the total: price of the item multiplied by the quantity, plus delivery. That total is the amount you pay the courier. We add no handling fee, no cash-on-delivery fee and no fuel or remote-area surcharge, and the courier does not collect any tax or duty from you at the door.
Our prices are in euro. In Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Romania couriers collect in the local currency, so the euro total is converted to złoty, koruna, forint or lei. We tell you the exact amount in your currency during the confirmation call, before the parcel is sent, and you are free to cancel at that point.
How long it takes
Two stretches of time add up to your delivery date. Handling is the time we need to pack and hand over the parcel once your order is confirmed by phone: 1–2 working days. Transit is the courier’s part and depends on where you live.

All figures are working days: Monday to Friday, leaving out public holidays in the country the parcel leaves from and the country it arrives in. The day we confirm your order by phone is day zero.
These are the times we plan for and normally meet. They are not a guaranteed delivery date. If something holds a parcel up we will tell you. In every case, if your parcel has not reached you within 30 days of the confirmation call you may cancel the order by writing to us, and you will owe nothing.
The confirmation call
After you place an order, we, or a phone partner working for us, ring the number you gave. The call normally comes within one working day. It takes a couple of minutes: we read back what you ordered, the quantity, the total to pay and the delivery address, and you say yes, change something, or cancel.
Where we can, the call is in the language of your country; otherwise it is in English. Nobody on that call will ask you for card numbers, bank details or passwords. If a caller does, it is not us: hang up and tell us.
We try up to three times over three working days. If we do not manage to speak to you, the order lapses. Nothing is sent and you owe nothing. You are welcome to order again whenever it suits you.
On delivery day
Parcels are carried by a courier partner that works in your country. Most of them send a text message or ring on the morning of delivery. The courier hands over the parcel and you pay the total in cash. Couriers do not always carry change, so the exact amount helps.
Payment is by cash on delivery only. We do not take card payments, bank transfers in advance or any payment through this website, and we will never ask you to pay before the parcel is in front of you.
Someone you have asked to take the parcel in for you can do so, as long as they pay the total. Until the parcel is handed to you, or to the person you asked, any loss or damage on the way is our problem, not yours. From that moment the goods are yours and so is the risk.
If nobody is home
The courier leaves a notice or rings you, and tries again, usually on the next working day. Depending on the courier, the parcel may then wait for you at a local depot or pick-up point for a few days; the notice tells you where and until when. You can also write to us and we will ask the courier for a day that suits you better.
A parcel that is not delivered or collected is returned to us and the order is cancelled. We do not charge you for it. If parcels to the same address and phone number come back uncollected more than once, we may decline further cash-on-delivery orders to that address.
Check the parcel when it arrives
If the box is visibly crushed, torn or opened, you may refuse it, or accept it and ask the courier to note the damage. Either way, send us a photo and your order reference and we will put it right.
Damage you only find after opening is covered too. Accepting the parcel never takes away your right to a replacement, a repair or your money back for an item that arrives broken or is not what you ordered. The steps are on the returns page.
Need to change something?
An address or a quantity can be changed on the confirmation call, or by writing to hello@bonnybuy.com before the parcel leaves. Once it is with the courier we can no longer redirect it, but you can still refuse it or return it.
