Our story
BonnyBuy is a small online shop built on one plain idea: a short list of handy things for the desk, the kitchen, the sofa and the shed, instead of an endless catalogue you have to dig through. “Bonny” is a Scots word for lovely, and it is the question we ask of everything we list: would this make an ordinary day a little nicer, or a small job a little easier?
We are an online shop only. There is no showroom and no app to install. There is this website, a phone line, an inbox, and people who answer when you write.
Every find is chosen for being useful, simply built and fairly priced. Useful means it solves a small everyday problem and is not a gimmick. Simply built means it is straightforward to set up and to use, and comes with clear instructions. Fairly priced means you see the whole price, delivery included, before you decide anything.
We describe things in plain words: what it is, what it does, what is in the box. No invented technology names and no miracle claims. And we keep the range short on purpose: when something stops earning its place, it leaves the shop.

The order form asks where to send the parcel. No card, no bank details, no account to create.
A short call to check the item, the total and the address. You can still change or cancel anything.
Within 1–2 working days of the call, the parcel leaves with a courier that works in your country.
Cash to the courier. The total shown when you ordered is the amount you pay: nothing is added on delivery.
Delivery costs 4,99 € per order, wherever you are on this list. The days below are working days from our confirmation call to your door.
You pay nothing until the parcel is in your hands. We ring before we send, so nothing turns up that you did not mean to order. If you change your mind, you have 14 days to send it back, and everything we sell carries the legal guarantee of at least two years. And when you write to us, a person answers.
BonnyBuy is a shop name. Behind it stand two separate companies with two separate jobs: one sells to you, the other only advertises.
The seller
Sells the goods, takes your order, sends the parcel, handles returns, refunds and the legal guarantee. Your contract is with this company.
The advertiser
Runs the advertising that may have brought you here and holds the advertising accounts. It is never the seller: it does not take orders, hold stock, send parcels, collect money or handle returns.
